Due to major industrial needs, institute of process engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences has developed double fluidized bed decoupling combustion technology, a series of small and middle tests have been made for verification. Due to support of national science and technology project(project number is 2010BAC66B01 and 2012BAC03B05), institute of process engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences has coordinated with Luzhoulaojiao Company Limited, Zhangjiagang Dehai Boiler and other companies for implementing double fluidized bed decoupling combustion of 50000 T/Year wine distiller's grains as demonstration project in 2013, the project was established in 2014, at present, it has stable operation. The demonstration project successfully passed the project acceptance in 2015.
